Logos

Upload header, main, favicon, and email logos to replace default StatusDashboard artwork on this dashboard. Each slot accepts common image formats and is stored per dashboard for fast CDN delivery.

Header logo

Four image slots are available in the Branding section. Each accepts PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, SVG, or ICO files up to 2 MB.

Displayed in the top-left corner of your status dashboard header, beside your site name.

• Recommended format: PNG or SVG with a transparent background
• Ideal dimensions: 200 × 50 px (width × height)
• Aspect ratio: Landscape (wide). Tall images will be scaled down and may appear small.

Main logo

Displayed centered above the status banner — the most prominent image on the page.

• Recommended format: PNG or SVG with a transparent background
• Ideal dimensions: 300 × 80 px (width × height)
• Aspect ratio: Landscape (wide). Tall or square images work but will be constrained to the available height.

Favicon

Shown in the browser tab and bookmarks when visitors view your status dashboard. Replaces the default StatusDashboard icon.

• Recommended format: ICO or square PNG
• Ideal dimensions: 32 × 32 px or 64 × 64 px
• Must be square: Non-square images will appear distorted in browser tabs. Crop to a square before uploading.

Email logo

Shown centered at the top of subscriber emails.

• Recommended format: PNG or SVG with a transparent background
• Ideal dimensions: 400 × 96 px (width × height) — displayed at up to 200 × 48 px
• Aspect ratio: Landscape (wide). Tall or square images work but will be constrained to the available height.
• Placement: Appears on a white band above the colored email header, so dark logos on a light background work best.

Image handling

Uploaded images are stored in a dedicated S3 bucket and served through the CloudFront CDN — the same CDN that serves your status dashboard. Images are never re-processed or re-encoded; the file you upload is the file your visitors receive.

Images are stored per-dashboard. Uploading a new image for a slot replaces the previous one. Removing an image clears the slot and deletes the previous file from storage.
