The Active Incidents module lists open incidents that affect components on this dashboard. Enable it when you want visitors to see live impact details without hunting through history.

What visitors see

The Active Incidents module lists incidents that are still open and that affect at least one component wired to this dashboard.

When enabled, a section titled Active Incidents appears on your status dashboard. Each entry shows the incident title, current status, description, optional Impact Analysis (when set), affected components, severity, and a timeline of updates.

Incidents are sorted most recently started first — the newest open incident appears at the top.

Which incidents appear

An incident is included only when all of the following are true:

  • It is published to the status dashboard.
  • It is not resolved (still in an open workflow phase).
  • It affects at least one component currently configured on this dashboard.

Incidents that only affect components not on this dashboard do not appear here, even if they are open elsewhere in your organization. See Dashboard scope if you change component wiring and incidents disappear from this page.

The dashboard shows an initial batch of incidents. If more open incidents exist, visitors can click Load more at the bottom of the section to see additional entries. There is no fixed cap — visitors can page through all matching incidents.

When the section is hidden

If Active Incidents is enabled but there are no matching open incidents, the section does not appear on the dashboard (nothing empty is shown).

If the module is turned off in the Content tab, the section is never shown regardless of how many open incidents exist.
