Delete WhatsApp subscriber
Remove an WhatsApp subscription from a dashboard.
DELETE /app/subscribers/whatsapp/subscribers/{dashboardId}/{phone}
Permanently removes a subscriber record for the given dashboard and phone number.
If this was the subscriber's last subscription (pending or verified) in the organization, the unique-phone quota slot is released.
