# Update dashboard content

Replace the content module configuration for a dashboard.

`PUT /app/dashboards/{id}/content`

Replaces the content module toggles, display order, and uptime history configuration for a dashboard. This is a full replacement.

| `uptimeHistory`        | object           | Yes      | Uptime history bar chart configuration.                                                                |
| `timestampFormat`      | string           | Yes      | How event timestamps are displayed on the status dashboard. One of `relative` or `exact`.              |

#### `uptimeHistory` object

| `enabled` | boolean | Show the uptime history section.           |
| `days`    | integer | Number of days to display. One of `1`–`7`. |

### Module keys
The `moduleOrder` array controls the vertical order of sections on the status dashboard. It must contain all of the following values:

| `activeIncidents`      | Active incidents section.                        | Most recently started first.             |
| `activeMaintenance`    | Active maintenance windows section.              | Most recently started first.             |
| `scheduledMaintenance` | Upcoming scheduled maintenance section.          | Soonest upcoming first.                  |
| `informational`        | Informational notices and announcements section. | Most recently posted first.              |
| `weeklyActivity`       | Weekly activity chart.                           | Fixed 7-day window with week navigation. |
| `eventHistory`         | Historical closed events section.                | Most recently resolved first.            |
| `components`           | Component status grid.                           | —                                        |

## Error responses
| Status | When                                                                                                        |
| ------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `400`  | Validation failure — invalid or incomplete `moduleOrder`, invalid `days` value, or missing required fields. |
| `403`  | Insufficient permissions.                                                                                   |
| `404`  | Dashboard not found or does not belong to the caller's organization.                                        |
